- Creates a compelling vision and strategy for the RMO that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives and lead-s the resource management team to identify, implement and deploy evolving digital tools that help accelerate the firms digital transformation strategy
- Partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, External Workforce Office, Finance, Project and Operations manager on resource forecasting.
- Establish and have responsibility for an integrated resource management infrastructure and process including, and not limited to, request intake, scoping and vetting, approvals and prioritization of development resources and activity (either directly or through matrixed resource management) and initiative delivery, change control processes, system security, deployment and ROI tracking.
- Prepare agenda and content for, IT Governance, Steering or Innovation Committees; participates as appropriate.
