- Lead and support the specialized Segmentation Analytics team, overseeing operations, analysis, and insights activation
- Extract insights and collaborate with the Corporate Strategy and Development, as well as CRO teams, to propose data-driven segmentation transformation strategies for decision-making and strategic planning
- Effectively communicate segmentation and targeting insights through customized reports, presentations, Tableau visualizations, and self-serve activation mechanisms that meet stakeholders' needs
- Drive people development strategy, mentorship, & development opportunities to enhance teams' skills & capabilities, including location-based & hybrid/remote virtual initiatives
