- This role also brings insight and recommendations for acquisition of new families and retention of current families by using historical data, research, competitive intelligence, data science, and deep analytics to optimize marketing and enrollment performance.
- Data mine our CRM and other software platforms to gather as much insight from data to optimize integrated marketing strategy, conversions, and messaging that will impact enrollment.
- Participates in market research, data mining and modeling activities to determine trends and provide increased understanding and hypothesis testing of patterns in consumer behavior and identifying consumer insights.
- Possess a technical toolkit of SQL query language, a statistical language such as Python or R, and a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
- Good storyteller who can flex across technical and business, and influence people across all levels.
