- Strategic planning within operations including staffing, workflow assignment, benchmarking and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Act as a liaison between Operations and IT, Accounting/Purchasing, Client Services, Training, and Administration with regard to projects, new clients and ongoing issues.
- Responsible for significant contributions to RFP's, including pricing justifications and being a member of presentation teams.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
