- GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, production, and delivery of data that supports external financial reporting within the organization, including annual and quarterly financial disclosures and earnings releases.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide data, analysis, and supporting schedules for SEC filings, including XBRL. Compile SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) from various internal groups, and perform reviews and tie-out tables.
- Develop and manage a cadence for the quarterly financial reporting and disclosure process pursuant to the financial calendar to facilitate the timeliness of review, approvals, and filing of external reporting across all involved functions (Legal, Finance, HR, Auditors, Board).
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP. Administer the mechanical steps of printing, "Edgarizing", and filing all SEC files and press releases.
- Oversee accounting, administrative, and financial implications of the Company's equity program Ensure new employee stock enrollment, terminations, and changes of distributions are recorded, documented, and reported to the plan administrator.
