- You'll have a deep understanding of inbound and outbound sales prospecting across segments, a passion for coaching and developing others, and a committed focus on improving the process of prospecting and lead generation.
- One day you’ll meet with someone in waste management and the next you may be learning about the inner workings of a food distribution center.
- Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Public Sector Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed their goals through coaching and development
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
