- This position is a multi- unit field leader who leads and develops Store Managers to drive sales growth and establishes a positive culture for customers and Health Enthusiasts that is aligned with company brand expectations within their district.
- The District Sales Manager will have full accountability for all stores within their district and be responsible for financial results, including all key metrics.
- The District Manager will partner closely with the Field Leadership team and Regional Vice President; as the voice of their assigned district, this individual will need to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Utilizes data, trend analysis, statistical reports, and benchmarking to conduct root cause analysis of current state of business and identification of metric-driven solutions.
- Provides coaching, mentoring and overall direction of accountabilities for store management teams in order to implement strategic initiatives and meet district, region, and company goals.
