- The Manager, Customer Experience Design partners across the enterprise to help identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, ultimately leading to long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty using service design, research, insight gathering, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes to improve them.
- Using human-centered/design thinking methodologies, this role is focused on holistic, omni-channel customer experience design.
- This role requires hands-on strategy formulation, journey and concept design, sprint design and facilitation, knowledge of qualitative research methodology, familiarity with usability testing, and partnering on experience design implementation.
- Hands-on experience designing holistic, B2B omni-channel B2B ecosystems.
