- About the Department The Cardiometabolic Marketing Team leads the US marketing efforts for Novo Nordisk’s robust cardiometabolic product portfolio, which includes world class therapies for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and other serious chronic diseases.
- The Position As the Manager, Content Operations, you will support Novo Nordisk's strong commitment to its Omni-channel Customers (Patients, HCP, and Managed Markets), by managing and driving digital experience builds for AEM-based applications and websites, ensuring operational viability of the product, and anticipating future business needs.
- The Manager will be responsible for providing content feasibility insights to support NNI's supply chain for digital content management, understanding current and future requirements, and matching them with optimal solution options.
- Specifically, this individual will be responsible for supporting our Adobe stack in terms of component requirements gathering, driving functional and UAT testing, and ownership of the AEM Functional Specs Library.
- The Manager will create user stories and acceptance criteria for tech builds, and collaborate with UX and Technical architects to develop best in class design systems for digital engagement channels- including, websites, email, IVA (sales Interactive Visual Aids), display, mobile and social media, etc.
