- To manage the Compensation function within the Total Rewards department.
- The position is responsible for documenting, administering, and implementing the compensation framework and programs for the organization, and managing and maintaining compensation related data in the HRIS system and other relevant platforms.
- Collects information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed processes and/or wages, Compensation programs, including participating in the planning and administration of frontline commission and incentive plans throughout the year, modeling costing for bonus/commission payouts, and managing ongoing administration and monthly calculation processes.
- Provides advice to corporate leaders on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
