- Serves as senior project manager for the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of customer relations and continuity of operations projects that impact multiple organizations and/or IRS locations.
- In this role, he/she may administer and safeguard data collection for emergency and incident management impacting up to 80,000 thousand IRS employees.
- Responsible for developing and managing the initial design of new program activities, and may coordinate and consult with Department of Treasury, FEMA, Homeland Security, and private industry sources.
- Responsible for monitoring the progress of projects/programs and updating all project control systems used by SCR-CO. As needed, conducts reviews of projects/programs with SCR-CO scope impacting performance measures, incident and emergency management standards and records management assigned to others within the business units to ensure compliance with all customer requirements.
