- The Maintenance Supervisor directly impacts the resident retention and asset preservation of the assigned property.
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for executing the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the assigned asset, including, but not limited to, making ready of units, maintenance for current residences, maintaining grounds, asset preservation, preventative maintenance and maintenance of recreational facilities.
- Assist the Property Manager with the bid process for capital projects and turn contracts.
- Understand, communicate, and enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuations policies and procedures, providing emergency response and referral services and resources.
- Incumbents must provide their hand tools unless prohibited by State law and must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices.
