Position: Maintenance SpecialistStatus: Full-TimeSalary: $18-$23 per hourJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, apartment complexes and offices and to assure safe and inviting properties and facilities for clients and staff.
