Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event</li><li>Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff</li><li>Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol</li><li>Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event</li><li>Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required</li><li>Previous experience as suite runner preferred </li></ul>Physical Requirements <ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift</li><li>Exposure to variable temperatures </li><li>May be required to work in narrow spaces </li></ul>Shift Details Weekends Day shift Evening shift Who We Are Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field since dating back to 1994.
