- The Location Manager will lead the assigned site(s) to achieve productivity and financial performance goals with an emphasis on safety and quality.
- The scope of responsibilities for this position includes but is not limited to leading the repair team and overseeing overall operations including safety, environmental, quality assurance, production, materials, financial goals, and customer relations.
- The location manager will represent the organization with customers, vendors and employees.
- Ensure that time cards are entered into Paycom accurately and timely for all employees under their direction including approvals.
- Ensure the crew adheres to FRA/AAR/Cathcart quality & operating standards, along with meeting customer requirements.
