Implementing regenerative agricultural practices across 100% of our potato acreage by 2030. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li> Operate equipment (including setups, shutdowns and changeovers) to maximize line efficiencies and according to specifications</li><li> Performs pre-operation checks of equipment for safe and proper set-up, ensuring all guards are functional and in place</li><li> Maintains supply of materials to the line throughout the shift</li><li> Setting up safely and ensuring the proper processing equipment is in place</li><li> Accurately record material usage in production</li><li> Maintains and completes reports</li><li> Communicates with support personnel and maintenance about any equipment malfunctions or design deficiencies </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Fluent English Skills (reading, writing, verbal speaking, and comprehension) </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>6 to 12 months manufacturing experience is a PLUS!</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions both written and oral as well as read and interpret schedules related to production/ product schedules and line changeovers</li><li>Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to enter data into a computer</li><li>Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot is a must</li><li>Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds </li></ul>Physical Demand: Constant: use and movement of hands and standing on regularly scheduled shift.
