- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assess resident's conditions to implement intervention and develop care plansAccurately document observations for residents in Point Click Care (PCC) to ensure care plans are being followed.
- Provide a variety of treatments: dressing changes, cleansing and/or irrigating wounds, perform foley catheter irrigations, IV therapy, administer tube feedings.
- Supervisory Responsibility:License Practical Nurses: This position provides general supervision to CNAs/STNAs, including CNA/STNA retraining, counseling sessions, and implementation of disciplinary actions as necessary.
