- The Service Desk Chat Agent is the first point of contact for the users who live chat on website.
- While providing the highest level of customer service, the Service Desk Agent answers incoming chats, tracks all information in a tracking system, uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- o Producing accurate, detailed documentation at the client, problem and incident level
- Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection.
- Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
