- creating administrative Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR) files by uploading appeal documentation, updating contact information and offense rows in the VPCR.
- The candidate will review appeals cases, review evidence, ask questions, review previous decisions, draft legal memos with findings for review.
- The candidate will also upload memos and mark activities accordingly, prioritize work and manage deadlines, and maintain metrics for job performance.
- Additionally, the candidate will monitor completed De Novo review folders, draft letters to subjects, providers and others as needed regarding the outcome of the De Novo review, and update contacts documentation and other fields in the VPCR then move the VPCR case to the Administrative Litigation Unit (ALU) or close it.
- The candidate will monitor the De Novo email inbox for appeals and questions and will forward or respond to such emails as appropriate.
