- The Leave of Absence Specialist will identify needs for reasonable accommodations under the ADA and make recommendations in addition to the responsibilities below.
- Company Offers:· Medical, dental and vision· 401(k) with match· Vacation and PTO time· Bonus opportunityThe responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Support compliance to benefits and leave management in regard to pertinent federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, and Medicare.
- Work with managers to Classify employees on leaves of absences and administer the proper leave process including FMLA, ADA and other state approved leaves.
- Day-to-day case management of employees on various leaves of absences and assisting with Benefits related questions, planning, and administration.
