- Responsibilities Implement and administer leave of absence programs throughout the organization, utilizing HRIS to maintain, track and report leave information.
- Administer all Leave of Absence (LOA) Programs for the organization in accordance with established federal/state regulations and established Bancroft processes and procedures, including Family Medical Leaves (FMLA), NJ Family Leave Act(FLA), New Jersey Paid Sick Leave, personal leaves, etc.
- Interacts regularly with Payroll Director regarding correctly documenting employee timecards during course of LOAs and the tracking of monthly leave hours.
