- Will supervise all on-site staff, which may include: Assistant Community Director, Resident Services Coordinator(s), Compliance Specialist(s), Leasing Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Maintenance Supervisor(s), Maintenance Technician(s), Make-Ready or Rehab Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s), Painter(s), and Housekeeper(s).
- Client Relations Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations.
- Ensure that all online marketing sources are updated (e.g., Craigslist) daily.
- Meet all periodic reporting requirements e.g., Month End, Weekly Reports, Collection/Eviction Files etc
