- dding and managing users: The LMS Administrator adds and manages users within the system, assigns permissions, and ensures that users have access to needed resources.
- Supporting content development: The LMS Administrator supports the creation and management of courses and other content, manages online courses, uploads content from other systems, assists with the creation of quizzes and tests, and facilitates the student assessment process.
- Providing technical support: The LMS Administrator provides technical support to all levels of system users and troubleshoots any system issues in conjunction with the solution provider.
- Monitoring the system: The LMS Administrator monitors the performance and security of the LMS to ensure it is operating optimally and securely.
