- We currently have an opening for a Learning & Development Specialist (Administrative Analyst/Specialist, Non-Exempt), reporting directly to the Director of the SDC. As the Learning & Development Specialist, you will promote and encourage opportunities for professional and personal growth of staff employees; identify, propose, and develop training opportunities for leadership and workforce capabilities, including an annual conference, career pathways, and learning circles.
- As the Learning & Development Specialist, you will have access to learning management systems to research, recommend, guide, and facilitate; consult with employees on career-related discussions, provides guidance on individual learning plans and professional development plans; designs and develops training program materials, facilitates training, manages, and maintains designated website(s), generates metrics, data analytics and reporting.
- Proven accomplishment with web-based authoring and creativity tools, including but not limited to eLearning authoring tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Studio, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Sign, Canva, Concur, Drupal, LinkedIn Learning, MailChimp, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Skillsoft, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with personality assessment (e.g., Strengths, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, True Colors).
