- Working directly with our founders and seasoned leaders who have scaled companies like Robinhood, Amazon, LinkedIn, Wayfair, SoFi, Microsoft, etc.
- We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Development Manager to help continue building on our culture of excellence and support our employees' careers throughout their life cycle.
- Reporting to our Director of People Operations, you will be the go-to person for all professional development discussions and resources, own our suite of L&D initiatives end-to-end, and ensure that all employees receive necessary training and development opportunities to excel in their roles, and that our team members never stop learning and growing.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related (e.g. Technical Writing, Educational Psychology, etc.)
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related strongly preferred
