- Provide classroom support for new hire orientation and on the job training efforts · Work with L&D team and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions · Develop training resource documents as assigned · Update Job Task Validations and procedures · Input training completion records and other information as assigned in the Learning Management System (LMS) Quals
- You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer background with previous use of Microsoft Word and Excel programs required.
- Technical Writing or related field preferred.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are willing to do complete stand-up presentations.
