- Under general supervision the Food and Nutrition Services Cook - Lead oversees daily production activities in the main kitchen.
- The Food and Nutrition cook - lead will verify food is correctly produced and presented for the patient Room Service program, cafeteria, catering and coffee courts at PAMC. The cook - lead will assist in providing supervision to create and maintain a positive working environment which promotes teamwork and customer/patient satisfaction.
- They will have minor daily administrative duties assisting with forecasting, reviewing daily recipes and quantities and organizing the cooking components of the production process with the production staff.
- 2 years Progressively responsible Food and Nutrition Services experience, including at least one year in a team mentoring or lead role.
- The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
