- Elevates procedural/policy issues and provides technical recommendations through TAS Systemic Advocacy leadership channels to identify taxpayer issue trends and improve case processing methods.
- Leads the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload among employees in accordance with skill level in coordination with the manager and suggesting adjustments in the workload to ensure timely completion of the case work.
- Such reviews may include but are not limited to, early intervention reviews, OAR reviews, 100 day case reviews, OJI reviews, inventory management reviews, and pre-closure reviews.
