- Regularly present insights and recommendations to cross functional leaders (Dir, DMM, VP) to guide future digital strategies for Lowes.com
- Partner with Digital Category Management leadership team, or solely lead, the creation of strategic calendars for MDVs for the upcoming fiscal year and share with cross functional teams so they can use the data when creating their calendars
- Partner across the Digital Commerce organization, working closely with leadership at the Director/Sr Director level to drive technological developments that will enhance their respective MDV experience on Lowes.com
- Guide Analyst level associates to analyze and leverage customer data, site behaviors, pre/posttransaction data and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the Omni-Channel customer experience, including identification of opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), digital content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and post-transaction results.
- Assist creation of strategic calendars for MDVs for the upcoming fiscal year, align with Category Manager and Category Director, and share with cross functional teams so they can use in creating their calendars.
