- This role will work in collaboration with University Human Resources and teams within the Law School to enhance the Law School's inclusive and positive work environment, enhance organizational effectiveness, guide desired outcomes, ensure the communication and implementation of HR procedures, and introduce improvements to HR operations by incorporating best practices.
- The Law School's HR Director will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will focus on staff training and development and community building; will advise and consult with supervisors on development and classification of new positions and performance appraisals and will coach supervisors in areas of staff development and feedback; and will counsel and assist supervisors and employees in resolution of problems and grievances.
