- Monitor and respond, as assigned, to certain incoming employment law requests and inquiries including charges and requests from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Department of Labor (including routine OSHA and wage and hour complaints).
- In conjunction with and under the direction of the VP of Labor Relations and Chief Employment Counsel, manage labor-related litigation or arbitration and/or works with outside employment counsel and UHS Vice President of Labor Relations on various employment/labor related matters and billing for labor matters
