- LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST, Human Resources (HR)-Labor Relations, to assist the manager of labor relations with the administration and interpretation of MIT’s seven collective bargaining agreements.
- PREFERRED: advanced degree or JD and familiarity with the academic workforce.
- May need to report to work during second or third shifts on occasion in order to address issues that may arise with supervisors and employees who work those shifts.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government (DoD) clearance.
