- This person will be responsible for prospecting new laboratory opportunities as well as converting inquiries into qualified leads that are passed to the lab sales organization to close.
- The Lab Sales Lead Coordinator must be entrepreneurial, hardworking, inquisitive, diligent and passionate about delivering great customer and team experiences.
- Customer Engagement: Contacts and engages with leads to profile, assess interest, provide information, and warm leads for further engagement with the corresponding Lab Sales team.
- Delivery & Reporting: Provides qualified lead information to the corresponding lab sales team.
- Tracks lead activity manually and through systems such as Salesforce.com (SFDC).
