- The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) plays the primary role in the success of the restaurant.
- The RGM has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned.
- RGM's are also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
- t2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- tHigh School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred
