- The Marin County Human Resources Department and the Marin County Probation Department are accepting applications for the position of Juvenile Corrections Officer I - Temporary/Contingent.
- Juvenile Corrections Officers provide supervision, custody and care of minors detained in the Marin County Juvenile Hall following established policy and procedure.
- Juvenile Corrections Officers play an important role in initiating the process of change and making each juvenile's detention as positive and productive as possible.
- Minimum Qualifications: Completion of 60 semester units from a college or university which included a minimum of 12 semester units in behavioral sciences, social welfare, social case work, counseling and guidance, psychology, criminology, corrections, education, recreation, or a closely related field.
