We have several locations nationwide, but the ideal candidate will be near either St. Louis, MO or Cincinnati, OH. 

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:<ul><li style="color: black;">Interpret, define, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments for the Urbanism & Planning Discipline </li><li style="color: black;">Act as a Project Landscape Architect on complex projects and direct other team members</li><li style="color: black;">Conduct the compilation, map preparation and analysis of data on-site conditions (Soil, existing vegetation, topography, hydrology, social ecosystems) for preparation and development of master plans, site, and landscape plans, details and specifications</li><li style="color: black;">Assist in the preparation of various studies and reports</li><li style="color: black;">Prepare schematic and detailed design documents</li><li style="color: black;">Prepare construction drawings including construction details</li><li style="color: black;">Conduct the observation of construction work in progress (Construction Administration) to verify compliance with landscape specifications and construction documentation, to approve quality of materials and work, and to advise client and construction team on landscape design intent</li><li style="color: black;">Participate in scope meetings with clients to construct needs analysis and project goals and objectives</li><li style="color: black;">Participate in progress meetings and design reviews in-house and with clients</li><li style="color: black;">Confer with clients, consultants, and in-house engineering and architectural team members on project requirements</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="color: black;">Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture </li><li style="color: black;">1-3 Years’ experience experience in Landscape Architecture position</li><li style="color: black;">Licensure-track individual </li><li style="color: black;">Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch Up, Revit, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite and ArcGIS</li><li style="color: black;">Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with multiple projects</li><li style="color: black;">Ability to provide excellent customer service</li><li style="color: black;">Interest in and ability to collaborate with other landscape architects and other design professionals</li><li style="color: black;">Burgeoning creative and technical abilities within design and construction </li><li style="color: black;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a team dynamic environment</li><li style="color: black;">Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer and receive constructive feedback and direction to support goals</li><li style="color: black;">Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives</li></ul> Preferred Experience/Skills<ul><li>Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture</li><li style="color: black;">LEED Green Associate Certification </li><li style="color: black;">Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB) </li><li style="color: black;">Strong horticulture, arboriculture and botany background</li><li style="color: black;">Strong hand drawing and illustrative design skills </li><li style="color: black;">Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawing (CD) packages</li></ul> Presenting Opportunities and Challenges at Every Turn...
