- POSITION PURPOSE: Under direct supervision of the Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, with a dotted line to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Human Resources (HR) Technology Analyst will provide support on HR System related projects including modifications, customizations, upgrades, adoption of new functionality, reporting, and analytical use of data stored in HR systems.
- The analyst will serve as a resource between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging knowledge in business analysis and experience with HR systems to support solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Note: Responsibilities include developing or presenting management positions with respect to meeting and conferring, which may include interpreting and/or implementing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA's), laws, rules and policies in coordination with appropriate HR Administrator(s).
- Coordinate/maintain security access for HRIS and other HR systems to include State Controller's Office, Teale Data Center, and PeopleSoft HR module applications.
