- The JCC Festival Director Operations Manager is responsible for planning and implementation of the JCC Lane Dworkin JCC Authors & Innovators Festival and co-implementation and management of the JCC Ames Amzalak Rochester International Jewish Film Festival.
- The responsibilities below apply to leadership of the Authors and Innovators Festivals and associate leadership of the Film Festival, under the leadership of the Film Fest Director.
- Work with the Arts Dept. Managing Director to oversee income and expenses and ensure that the festivals are properly funded and budgeted, including securing and retaining sponsors, applying for grants and funding, projecting ticket sales and expenses in a financial responsible and viable manor.
- Supervise fundraising campaigns and donor relations to ensure proper funding of the events and proper recognition of donors.
- Work with the JCC marketing staff and local media to insure Festival awareness is maximized in the community.
