- Job Summary: The IT Service Desk Technician s erve s as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and provide the appropriate support to resolve or escalate the issue as required.
- Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support, assisting other IT Service Desk Team Members as needed.
- Create, update, escalate and resolve IT Service Desk Support Tickets.
- Prepare and submit vendor warranty claims, parts, and documentation associated with warranty repairs.
