- The IT Service Desk position will provide customer service for Government clientele in a forward-facing environment at the IT Support Counter.
- Asset Management / Inventory / Troubleshooting/AV Manage the printer consumables program, including replacing consumables, maintaining a consumables inventory, and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics.
- Customer service, Printer support, minor trouble shooting & repair on Xerox, HP, Lexmark printers.
- Interact with customers on a day-to-day basis regarding various technology needs Quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures Assist users with meetings in the various Auditoriums, Conference Room, Commanders Conference Room, and various Legal Offices Assist users with understanding how to configure settings and utilization of existing equipment.
- This entails being present before the meeting and until it is underway C109.31 &.37 will submit tickets for systems that need to be recovered throughout the shipyard that are offline.
