Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions </li><li>Engage with stakeholder in discussions of the business situation and strategy </li><li>Work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines </li><li>Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices and business domains </li><li>Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple related material projects </li><li>Manages, leads and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project or projects </li><li>Responsible for end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution </li><li>Accountable to ensure that all applicable Enterprise standards, Enterprise procedures and any FLU/CF procedures are followed for the project and documentation meets Enterprise and line of business requirements </li><li>Document and maintain complex business models, should interact with all departments and should participate on business definition meetings </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>PMP Certified </li><li>Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) </li><li>Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects </li><li>Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication (English-Spanish) </li><li>Demonstrated compliance culture </li><li>Drive adoption of operational processes </li><li>Ability to work in group </li><li>Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity </li><li>Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems </li><li>Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge about business process, and product life cycles </li><li>Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions </li><li>Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution </li><li>Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners </li><li>Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users </li><li>Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses </li><li>Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members </li><li>Self-motivated, pro-active individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery </li><li>Windows products including Visio and Project </li></ul>Pay Range: $48.37 - $56.37 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
