- The Office of the CIO is the back office of IT that includes IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Vendor Management Office, Project Management Office, Strategy, and is essential for ensuring strong, frictionless IT customer engagement for the broader organization, as the Office of the CIO acts as the process owner for much of our project and product demand management processes.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Organization Change Management IT Program
- Manag the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project as it relates to organizational change management
- Coach leaders and project sponsors on how to be an effective organizational change manager
- Proven expertise in Strategic Communications approaches and standards in business communications
