- This role requires strong skills in server virtualization technology, desktop/laptop and server operating systems, networking protocols, security practices, and experience working with third-party cloud environments.
- The IT Infrastructure Architect works independently and in a team environment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure, collaborate with vendors and other IT employees, and produce and maintain technical documents.
- Recommends and installs new IT hardware and software to support required business functions.
- Knowledge of and experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows or VMware hypervisors, Unix, or PC Operating Systems.
