- We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide tier 1 & 2 technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in-person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- This includes providing support for network equipment, applications (i.e. Zoom, Teams), Mitel telephones, voicemail and assisting with all end user applications run from laptops, iPads and mobile devices including but not limited to Office 365.
- The Helpdesk Technician will provide ongoing daily support to Head Start site and remote work staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Head Start team members seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Installs and assists in the configuration of network equipment, network wiring, iPads, laptops, mobile phones, telephones, PCs and related equipment.
