- About The Role The IT Help Desk will provide end user support for the ARIVA Group users and executives throughout the area and remote support throughout our regions.
- In addition to local user support, you will assist when needed with the support of offices server and network infrastructure while collaborating with the service desk and network team as well as all local IT vendors.
- Passionate about providing white glove in person executive support.
- About You Bachelors/associate degree in computer information systems or related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365 administration and mobile device management tools is desirable.
