- The IT Administrator focuses on improving the internal IT experience for Axcient's dynamic, local and remote staff.
- The IT Administrator is responsible for installing and configuring software, hardware and networks, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues and ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade and support all IT systems, including IP telephony, PCs, PC operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and Office Automation equipment.
- Administration of Internal IT systems and cloud applications, such as: Office 365, Active Directory, Slack, RingCentral, LastPass and others.
- Own asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment.
