- Serve as a PDSO (Principal Designated School Official) and/or DSO (Designated School Official) for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an on-campus proxy field agent to the college.
- Ensure International Students maintain lawful visa status, applications to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and personal and cultural concerns via phone, email, video calls, and/or through in-person appointments and walk-ins.
- Verify official English proficiency test scores such as TOEFL and Duolingo.
- Access the federal SEVIS database to create/update records and documents for student visa processing.
- Actively manage enrollment status changes, SEVIS Alerts, and other activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
