- Description As a Construction Management Intern, you will be assigned to work on a project in our Electric Grid Infrastructure Services business unit and assist the Construction Management team members in the execution of their project work, on-site and in the field.
- These projects may involve the construction of new and/or modifications and upgrades to transmission, substation, distribution, renewable, and battery energy storage system engineering projects.
- Working under the direction of construction managers, this internship will offer you the opportunity to utilize and expand your academic background in Construction Management in one or more of the following areas:Support oversight of utility construction projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Essential skills and experience:Must have an expected graduation date in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Fall 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited programStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Valued but not required skills and experience:Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the communityMinimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferredPrior, related internship or co-op experienceSargent & Lundy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
