- Must have a minimum of five years of full-time or equivalent professional experience working as a baking/pastry chef and/or as a baking and pastry instructor;
- Must have experience in a variety of baking applications, including documented management responsibility for recipe and menu development.
- Must have experience with chocolate and sugar artistry showpieces.
- Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.
