- This position works with subject matter experts and leaders to conduct needs assessments, establish training objectives, and design programs in a variety of formats (e.g., instructor led, online, hybrid) using best practices to meet those objectives.
- Additional responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting eLearning modules, implementation and tracking of training programs, and delivering training programs for employees at all levels.
- SERVICE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEvaluates vendor-based learning content and determines plans for utilization of content, marketing, roll out, and ongoing evaluation of vendor materials.
- Develops web-based and hybrid learning and development programs including storyboard, script with text, voice-over, sound, graphics, and closed-captioning utilizing various eLearning software.
- Consults, educates, and mentors department educators on the development of eLearning content, utilization of eLearning software, and best practices to achieve their goals.
